Corporate compliance training
Training records that show their status: valid, expired or revoked, checked against the issuer.
What helps with compliance training
- Expiry dates for training that must be renewed, with the status shown on each credential's verification page.
- Revocation, so a credential withdrawn today shows as revoked to anyone who checks it tomorrow.
- A permanent verification page and QR code on every credential, so an auditor or client can check it without calling you.
- Counts of views, shares, downloads and verifications for each credential.
- A data processing agreement template and a data protection page for your legal and security review.
How to run it
Import the roster
Upload the people who completed the training as a CSV file, or send them through the REST API.
Set the expiry
Choose when each credential expires, for example after one or two years.
Issue and keep track
Everyone receives an email with their certificate. Revoke any credential that should no longer count.
Good to know
Certifyd is not a learning management system and does not publish a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure with encrypted connections. If your policy requires a specific attestation, check it before you buy.
Questions
Can I cancel a certificate I issued by mistake?
Yes. Revoke it and its verification page shows it as revoked.
Where is the data stored?
Certifyd is hosted on Microsoft Azure and connections are encrypted over HTTPS. See the data protection page and the data processing agreement template for details.
