Certificates for schools and courses
Course certificates and badges that students can share and employers can check.
What a school or academy gets
- Templates for course completion, continuing education and professional certification, all editable with your logo and colors.
- A certificate, a badge or both for each student, issued in bulk from a CSV file.
- A recipient portal where each student keeps all their credentials in one place and can share them or add them to LinkedIn.
- A verification page and QR code on every credential, so an employer can check it in seconds.
Start small
Pilot for free
The free plan includes every feature and 12 credentials a month, enough to try it with a small group.
Grow by volume
Move to Professional for 2,000 credentials a month when your cohorts grow. Features do not change, only volume.
Teach in two languages
Students receive emails and verification pages in English or Spanish.
Good to know
Certifyd issues credentials; it does not manage courses, grades or enrollment. Bring the completion list as a CSV file or send it through the REST API.
Questions
Is there a discount for schools?
The published plans are the free Starter, Professional at $49 a month, Advanced at $199 a month and Enterprise by quote. Annual billing lowers the monthly rate. Contact us if you need your own terms.
Can students keep their certificates?
Yes. Each student has a portal to view, download and share their credentials, and every credential keeps a permanent verification page.
