Membership certificate templates

Membership certificates welcome people into an association, club, society or professional body. The designs in this collection print the member's name, the membership level or title, the member number and the year the member joined, with room for your logo and up to two signatures. Every certificate carries a QR code and a short verification address, so a third party can confirm that the membership is real. Pick a design, copy it into your Certifyd account, add your own branding and issue certificates to new members one at a time or from a CSV file of your whole roster.
